What are the ingredients in System Saver? System Saver is a proprietary blend of extracts of Frankincense, Citrus reticulata, Camelia sinensis and Curcuma longa standardized for organic acids, polymethoxylated flavones, catechins and curcuminoids. Other ingredients:Natural flavor. System Saver is safe. Long term use even in the most sensitive individuals has not resulted in reported negative side effects. Unlike corticosteroids, NSAIDS and bronchodilators (such as Bute, Arquel, Banamine, Ketofen, Naproxen, Vetalog, Azium/dexamethasone, prednisone, prednisolone, Ventipulmin), serious side effects like gastric ulcers, cardiac arrhythmias, elevated blood pressure, founder, adrenal problems and immunosuppression have not been experienced. Withdrawal times to avoid positive tests are not of concern with this formulation. How do I figure out the proper dose for my different animals? Generally, follow the directions on the label. The dose is determined by animal and weight or about 2.5 mg/lb. You may safely adjust up or down for acute, chronic, and tapering off phases. How much should I give to my pet at the acute phase? Is there a tapering off phase? You can increase the recommended dose by 50% for an acute injury or initial loading dose. How long should I give System Saver to my pet? System Saver has been used safely on a daily basis for prolong periods of time. Many people choose to keep their animals on it permanently as part of their health regime. How long does it take for System Saver to start working? When should I expect to see results? Some conditions respond immediately. Others, such as very chronic conditions, may take 2-4 weeks. Are there any know reactions with other medications? System Saver should not be taken with blood thinners. Are there any know side-effects or any reports of allergies? Reported side effects have been minimal. Should System Saver be taken with or without food? No difference in efficacy has been observed, so either is fine. System Saver has been tested clinically for about 10 years. I see that the same ingredients are in all of the products. Is there any difference between what goes into each of them? Can I buy one bottle and give it to all my animals and myself? They are different products. Although the ingredients are the same, the ratios are different, making them species specific.
